Product overview:            
WJ96 product realizes the signal acquisition between the sensor and the host, which is used to decode the encoder signal and control the equipment. Wj96 series products can be used in Internet of things and industrial Ethernet control system, automatic machine tools, industrial robots, three coordinate positioning system, displacement measurement, stroke measurement, angle measurement, speed measurement, etc.            
Wj96 series products include power conditioning, encoder signal acquisition, triode output and RJ-45 network interface communication. Modbus TCP protocol is adopted as the communication mode. TCP is a transport layer based protocol, which is widely used and connection oriented. Users can directly set the IP address and subnet mask of the module on the web page. It can be used to monitor and control the operation of sensor equipment.            
Wj96 series products are intelligent monitoring and control system based on single chip microcomputer. The configuration information such as module IP address and subnet mask set by users are stored in non-volatile memory EEPROM.            
Wj96 series products are designed and manufactured according to industrial standards, with strong anti-interference ability and high reliability. Operating temperature range - 45 ℃ ~ + 85 ℃.            
Function introduction:            
Wj96 remote I / O module can be used to measure four encoder signals and eight switch outputs. It can be used as 4-way encoder counter or 4-way speed measurement, and also can output 8-way PWM signal.            
1. Signal input and output            4-way encoder signal input can be connected with dry contact and wet contact, please refer to the wiring diagram for details; 8-way switch signal output collector open circuit output.            
2. Communication protocol            Communication interface: RJ-45 network interface. There are two indicator lights at the network port. After the network cable is plugged in, the link light (green light) will be on for a long time, and the data light (yellow light) will flash irregularly.            Communication protocol: Modbus TCP protocol is adopted to realize data exchange of industrial Ethernet. The control module can also be accessed directly through a web page.            Network cache: 2K byte (both receiving and sending)            Communication response time: less than 10ms.            
3. Anti interference            There are transient suppression diodes in the module, which can effectively suppress various surge pulses and protect the module.
